The room itself was relatively clean.
Negatives:
Dirty and musty hallways and elevators. Kids running up and down the hallways yelling and chasing one another. A party was in the courtyard with no hotel oversight - very crowded and very loud until 10pm. Toilet didn't work.

When we checked in had the impression breakfast was included but it wasn?t and the wait was very long and the prices quite high so we went elsewhere

"Continental breakfast" and "pet-friendly" were both misleading. There was no housekeeping during weekends, so we had to go to the front desk for clean towels. (Don't most people travel on weekends?)

we liked the spacious room, which was clean.

the internet was down for our entire stay. the shower was broken, it was fixed, but not until later in the day. the hot tub was advertised, but was drained and roped off. we were charged extra for a 1/2 late check out.

I was charged $5 per day for parking, and they took $100US as deposit that is still not refunded. All of this was not mentioned before I booked the hote. I am extremly dissapointed

I have stayed in this hotel before and overall the experience has been great, but on of the from desk staff is always not that helpful at all, has bad costumer service, the way he talks to the customer is not friendly at all.

there was used towel on the back of the door and there was only 2 towels the refrigerator was dirty. The king bed only one king pillow and one regular pillow.
