Positives:
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Everything is so clean and you can tell just by walking into the lobby or a room that they pay very close attention to detail with their cleanliness. The pool area is nice and peaceful and the pool water was the perfect temp. Our bed felt like sleeping on a cloud and we enjoyed our Starbucks for breakfast made by the very nice front desk woman. It’s refreshing to feel this level of kindness and respect from hotel staff which is sadly becoming more rare compared to the other hotels we’ve stayed at in the last couple years.

The breakfast and coffee station were closed for the duration of our stay, we were surprised that on Friday and Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend that there was no breakfast available! Hot tub was also closed, and we had to request a room cleaning. When I called to book, the staff wasn’t very friendly and told me I had to book one day in advance. Just to have our beds made up? Weird.
