Breakfast was good. Workers were friendly and helpful. The building is ready for an investment in updating some parts of the facility.
Negatives:
Bathroom in room 536 needs overhaul. Toilet would often not stop running and had lots of black gunk if you opened the cover to see what the problem is. The shower stall had some permanent stains that need fixing.

The staff attending the reception were rude. Our booking indicated a 'Double bed-double room'; however, we were told that our booking was incorrect, and for the amount of money paid, we could not get a double room. Despite multiple requests, they insisted they did not have a double bed-double room available. We managed to stay in one room with the agreement that they would look into the double room matter the next day. However, a different person was there the next day and again declined our request, stating that we had only booked a double bed room. however, confirmation clearly shows the booking was double room as well.
Additionally, they did not provide water in the room on the arrival day until we requested it. The second time we requested water, they told us to come downstairs to get it. The third time, they said we could get free water bottles if we took a Hilton Honor membership; otherwise, it would be charged.
