One of the workers at breakfast took a hard-boiled egg off a plate (she had cleared from a table) and said she was going to "put it back". After I gave her a weird look, she muttered something about "for herself." Regardless... ew.
Negatives:
The fitted sheet on our king bed would not stay put. Throughout the night, we kept having to try to pull it to put it back on.
On Saturday, we saw a small roach crawling up the wall. My husband captured it (killed it) and brought it to the front desk. We were told the sprayers came regularly. Gross. It was hard to sleep after that.
The carpet is old (room 604) and looks dirty. The vent in the shower had mold on it. All of the light switches were filthy. They have clearly never been cleaned. All in all, it felt old and poorly cleaned.

Jessica at the front desk was kind and helpful! I'd flown in on a red-eye and was desperately tired --she got me into my room early.
I had breakfast one day. The pancakes were better than the usual buffet pancakes! I was the last guest there, past 11am, and the staff kindly asked me if I was done before clearing the buffet.
Negatives:
Housekeeping needs training on what "Do Not Disturb" means. I spent 4 nights there and had the sign out the entire time. They knocked Every.Single.Day. Different housekeepers, I think. So seriously, train on this issue.
The vibe was too much. There need to be places to chill out without the retro music and in-your-face lighting and art. Just add a few mellow spaces with comfy seating. I was sick of nostalgia by day 2, and I'm a Gen-Xer!
