We arrived late and checked out early.
Negatives:
There were no bath towels in the room. We had to share a washcloth and hand towel to dry off after our shower. Since we arrived at midnight, we were not calling the desk. This is not acceptable for this level of hotel. I hope you can figure a way to assure this won’t happen again to your other guests.

Clean room, a large parking lot, and close to the Natick Mall for some shopping. A good starting point for visiting other places. The personnel at breakfast were very helpful and attentive.
Negatives:
The shower/bathroom are a little rundown. The noise on the first night was due to a party going on, with late-night chatter and banging of doors.

I loved the style/theme of the location. Different. Felt like a casino!
Negatives:
The fragrance/scent of the toiletries were too strong. Smelled like weed to me. I didn’t complain because I brought my own. But the stench was too strong for me I didn’t like.
Also the shower faucet was a little green.

I was having trouble with the TV, so I called Eric the manager on duty. He said he would send someone to my room. A short time later, there was a knock on the door. When I looked out the peephole, there was a gentleman standing there in jeans and a black hoodie with no name tag. He said he was here to fix the TV. As a female traveling alone, this makes you feel very comfortable and unsafe. I have worked in the hotel industry for 35 years, and all of our employees were in uniform and wore name tags. All employees should be in uniform and wear a name tag, especially if
they're entering a guests room.

No microwave, no refrigerator, no drawers (there were shelves for our belongings) no breakfast. Motel 6 is a much better value
Negatives:
The bed lacked a spring and was about 8 inches off the floor. the stand by the bed was 10 inches higher than the mattress, a perfect storm to hit your head. The mattress itself was comfortable enough
