Negatives:
One front desk staff member showed an unexpectedly unfriendly attitude. He appeared unwilling to assist, did not provide the complimentary water that was included, and responded in a confrontational tone even to simple questions. This level of service from a hospitality professional is unacceptable and significantly impacted the experience.
