The staff was exceptional n very friendly. The room was great, big, and very clean. Great location close to Boston college. The only negative was that the ice machine was broken on the 4th floor.

Extremely bad support from the staff. Unfriendly and unprofessional. I booked for a group early in the month and the business travel got postponed so I had to reschedule with two weeks. They did not pickup the phone to rearrange and no response to chat in the app. I never checked into the earlier booked rooms however was fully charged. When I spoke to the manager Cici she said wed work something out, however it never was. The staff was unsupportive, ignorant and careless for the problem of the guest. I tried booking.com the platform I used to book through and they couldnt get through the hotel either so now im charged for 4 nights instead of 2 and no solution offered. We know very well you meed to show ID and CC to book into rooms and they could not show these details however they said the rooms were actually occupied on my behalf. Terrible service and not expected as Bonvoy member.
