Positives: The location was convenient for my visit
Negatives: The furnishings were shabby and the coffee pot wasn’t clean or useful. The night before I stayed at Residence Inn at Fenway in Boston and the suite was spotless with updated appliances and furnishings.

Positives: It is located in a good area.
Negatives: I DID NOT like that the pool was closed, and I was not aware of that until I checked in. I also did not like that the room was not clean. Dust on the headboard and on top of the tv.... fridge and on the window ledge. The jet tub was dirty... I called the cleaning staff to offer cleaner so I could run the jets because the fitting around the jets in the tub had a brown slime all around, and I specifically asked for a soaking/jet tub. Once it was clean enough to use, I was laying there and noticed that the vent on the fan is loaded with hairy dust. (high dusting not done) The kitchen table legs are lose and the table felt unsafe to use as if it was going to break. The linens were wrinkled (bed skirt) and seemed to have been a quick walk through by the housekeeping staff. There were claw marks on the rug near the door as well as the fireplace area... and so much that could be improved on... IT DID NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES ONLINE THAT HELPED ME DECIDE TO BOOK HERE.
