Extended Stay America Suites - Foxboro - Norton

Negatives: Room was for two,but only set up for one. Not very clean. Door key didn't work,no vending machines.

Negatives: Smell of the rooms

Negatives: When we first got there the desk told us that they were very booked ( not even half the parking lot was filled) so we had to stay in a room that didn’t have a microwave and the sink leaked, so they said to reach out to booking.com for a discount so I was like ok well that’s not too bad. Well we got into the room and it was disgusting. - the sink just ran all night, more then just a drip - the microwave was missing - the front of the fridge was covered in rust - the cabinets and countertops were all chipped and worn away - the towel rack was falling off the wall - the shower head was covered in build up - it smelled like musty old carpet( the whole hotel did) - the soap wasn’t even packaged( who knows if someone used it before us) - the “ breakfast” was a few nutrigrain bars and some mini prepackaged muffins It was so bad that I cancelled the second night( which I still haven’t received, even with the booking said you can get a Partial refund) we ended up staying somewhere else the second night. I tried doing the chat, booking.com has fried reaching out to them for a refund, with no success.

Negatives: You're sote made it seem like breakfast was offered. It showed a waffle....I didn't know it was just "to go coffee"... And nutragrain bars. Also..walking my dog there were cases and bottles upon bottles of empty Heineken bottles and a tipped over bill. On my confirmation sheet it said my charges were to be 151 something. But you charged me 20 more

Negatives: Kitchen, bed was horrible

Negatives: We arrived to check in after a 16 hr flight from HK only to find our entire booking was cancelled.staff informed us we were few hours later than expected arrival time( took longer than expected in car rental place )We repaid for one room for that night and staff gave us this mouldy horrible smelly room that we couldn’t stay even for a second casually mentioning to just open the windows. We left rightaway at 3 am not having any other reservations . To be fair she did refund the one day room charge. Hotel was dirty n dusty , needs major overhaul Very disappointed.

Negatives: The room was very disappointing. The floor was wet with something, the shower was dirty, the sink had some kind of oily residue on it and the room stunk!

Negatives: I requested a 2 double bed room weeks in advance. When arrived, no rooms available. They have called during the flight. Did not get the message until at the check in counter.

Negatives: Look like homeless place

Negatives: Sticky floors. Smoky smell. A bit noisy.
