Positives: nothing

Negatives: Getting to this place at night, from the highway, was a bit scary. Street has no lights, the entry to the property is barely visible and the building is tucked into the woods. The parking lot is cramped and the “lobby” is non-existent. The room was damp, we found a beetle on the bed and small dead fruit flies. Despite all that, the person who checked us in was very nice and polite. Had my stay cost $140 I wouldn’t be complaining, but this was not a $262-dollar room… not even close.

Positives: Location

Negatives: breakfast was advertised but not available at yet Weather although advertised, nothing was done to help customers remove snow packed against cars by the plow trucks and not able to leave. Because I am 87 years young I could not do it and had to offer another person staying there $40 so I could leave. My room next to the elevator shaft and other noise making equipment should have been the lasted rented and with a warning and offered somewhat cheaper price!

Negatives: no usb in rooms. no utensils pots/pans. stayed specifically so I could cook. had to request coffee maker. only one coffee cup available. had to share it with my husband for the weekend. I will never stay here again. they took photos of our license, without asking or letting us know , that it gets entered into their system and is never deleted. with my home address and other personal information. this is the worst stay I have ever experienced
