Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Dirty . Lots of people living there / had dogs . Our room was on the "don't rent" list and did . The pullout bed was moldy and broke and no bed supplies.
Uncomfortable bed . I asked for extra pillows and a blanket , they said they didn't have any . I had to give the master bed half of the bedding .

It was very comfortable and very clean. The beds were awesome!

The only issue was the lock for the door to the bathroom is supposed to be two screws and there was only one so it was almost falling off. I did tell the front desk and she said she would have maintenance take care of that.
The only other thing that would’ve been nice is a Keurig in the room. I understand they’re extended stay rooms but when you only stay for one night and you don’t get downstairs in time for coffee by 9:30 that means you get no coffee at all until you leave. So yes, a coffee maker in the room would be awesome.

Quiet neighborhood. Rooms are good size. Fit my needs just fine.

Not that I didn’t like it but room needed a little maintenance. The carpet had stains and the walls could use some new paint. Everything worked fine, just a little run down. Not too bad for the price.

Just about everything, checking in was horrible, delayed my entire night due to issues between the hotel and booking.com, the hotel had a really bad smell to it, it was hard to tolerate, almost like a moldy smell. The room was even worse, the moment I walked in, you get hit in the face with the smell of urine mixed with mold. The sofa bed was stained everywhere, we couldn’t even utilize it. We didn’t even have bedding ready for it either. The carpets had stains on the corners, almost looked like mold growing. It’s extremely disrespectful to have an envelope for tip for housekeeping when the rooms look the way they do.

For the money we paid for 2 nights, the breakfast that was “included in the stay” was some old muffins and granola bars. The rooms were small and stains all over the carpets. They were understaffed so they were unable to help us when we lost a ring down the drain. A staff member handed me a wrench and told me if I could get it out it was on me lol! When we asked for extra pillows and blankets for the pull out couch bed we were told no they did not have the blankets or pillows to accommodate. Then they shouldn’t say the room can sleep 4-7 people when it only accommodated 2 guests not the “up to 7” it could accommodate..

It was dirty had to buy cleaning supplies to clean the room and the guy at from Joe was horrible I payed through booking .com he said not enough paid so we called booking they tried to tell him was paid he kept telling them there was more had to pay would not give me manager number and needless to say needed up paying more than my booking had already took of 430 dollars for a dirty room !

Kindof pricy for what we got. Couldn’t even get an extra pillow not even one! We had three people and they couldn’t supply a pillow for my mother in law who was sleeping on the sofa sleeper! Really?

Overnight in Peabody

Price was great, but you get what you pay for.
Negatives:
We stayed here because of the price and its proximity to a wake and funeral we were attending. First the positives. The room was relatively clean and the beds were comfortable. Now the rest. I’m convinced this place is a homeless shelter. Every single wall in the place from the lobby to the hallways to the rooms themselves were painted mustard yellow. Even the trim. Must’ve been on clearance. The “kitchenette” was falling apart. All of the cabinets and drawers were empty, and one of the cabinets was filthy. Not that I would ever eat there, but there were no dishes utensils or anything to cook with. The place smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. The other hotel guess were either handicapped or looked strung out on drugs. For the love of God don’t ever stay here.

It was convenient to where I needed to go. Price was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. Good for 1 night. Main bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
The chair/couch that converted to a bed was so uncomfortable no one could ever sleep on it. The worst I have ever seen. The “breakfast” consisted of a muffin and a packet of oatmeal. Then coffee or hot chocolate- the coffee had run out. Hotel needs update. Price not worth what we received.
