I was not given the type of room I payed for got 2 double room instead of a king

Pool was closed so had to use the pool at the Hampton Inn next door which was a cold wet walk in February. Location was between two highways so a bit tricky to get to and virtually nothing is walkable.

The staff were very kind and helpful. I liked that the hotel had hot breakfast.
Negatives:
The room I booked wasn't available due to a maintenance issue. The pool was not functioning through our whole stay and we had to go to the Hampton hotel located next door to access the pool. The room wasn't perfect but comfortable to sleep.

Check in and out was quick. All staff we met were cheerful and helpful. We had a king bed suite. The room was immaculate and well laid out. The bed was comfortable. Exceeded what we were expecting. We will certainly stay there again. Breakfast was great
Negatives:
Getting there was a little confusing due to the divided highway in the area and it was dark. I missed the turn trying to follow the gps. Took a couple minutes to loop back. The pool was too cold to get in. For an indoor pool i hoped it would be warmer

Ive stayed in Homewood suites before so knew what to expect. It was fine. We had 5 adults so one person on the sofa bed which didnt look the cleanest and was a little wonky.
Negatives:
The breakfast was properly the worst one Ive had with these properties. The eggs tasted very plastic like and the bake good didnt seem very fresh.
