The staff were so helpful and lovely it was cosey i felt welcome and at home , we really enjoyed breakfast, clean, comfortable, everything we needed and great location- we would return and highly recommend, thank you xx

Terribly unclean. Filthy room. Not serviced once. so no tea, coffee, milk, no housekeeping to provide any new towels as we’d used on the first day. Rude receptionist. Also breakfast was never actually on from 7. the staff were always so intentionally slow getting it opened so we missed it everyday. I managed once to make a piece of toast in the pitch black. For the amount of money we paid what we received overall was outrageous. Massive rats too!
