i checked in the evening, i had to wait 15 min because there was no one at the front desk
the next morning, I couldn't get out of the room because the door was jammed and i was late to work. i had to wait for maintenance who told me the door would be addressed or i would change the room
i came back that night extremely tired, and the door was jammed again and i couldn't get in. the front desk had no idea there was a problem. and rooms were sold out so i couldn't get another room. maintenance had to open it for me. the final time, my key didnt work, the new key that the front desk gave me also didn't work, and he had to go up with me. he was the only one that seemed to care and be apologetic for the inconvenience.

Upon check in I received a text asking if there was anything I needed. I asked for more hangers and they were immediately brought up to our room.
When we went down for breakfast, our room was cleaned and fresh towels were there by the time we got back from breakfast.
