Welcome to the Holiday Inn and Suites Pittsfield-Berkshires Centrally located in downtown Pittsfield Massachusetts. We are 10 minutes driving time to many corporations such as General Dynamics, Lenco Armored Cars, Lockheed Martin. When you have time to relax at the hotel take advantage of our fitness center, heated indoor pool and the 101 Restaurant for Breakfast or Dinner. The hotel is located centrally to many attractions in the Berkshires such as Tanglewood, Norman Rockwell, Hancock Shaker Village, Mass Moca, Clark Art Museum, Herman Melville, Jacob Pillow, Barrington Stage and the Colonial Theater. When it is time to bring home some gifts there are many antiques shops, specialty shops in every town in the Berkshires plus there is the Lee Premium Outlet to score some great deals. The location was awesome! Nice Mountain View and many great restaurants nearby. The rooms and whole hotel was very clean! There was a snow storm during our stay and the staff cleaned off our car (we really appreciated it!) They also offered free valet service for parking in a lot down the street and returning the car to the front of the hotel due to construction being done in their parking garage!

When booking the hotel on this app, it said breakfast and dinner was included; breakfast was free with stay and dinner was $24 per person. We got our breakfasts free with a voucher given to us with our room but the dinner was not $24 per person.
The pool was said on this app and on official Holiday Inn website to be heat and it was lukewarm and actually quite chilly.
One of the elevators wasn’t functioning properly, lights on buttons not lighting up for the floor we stayed on and buttons outside of elevator went calling for it.

There was no hot water to shower in the evening. The pool water was freezing kids couldn’t even swim long and the interior of the pool house was cold I needed a sweater on. The it was dark. Not enough lighting to see in the bottom of the pool. Dangerous
