Location is great, close to the city and affordable. Clean and comfy rooms, the beds are quite nice. Given a longer stay I would like to go to the gazebo on the water. Very quiet despite proximity to the highway.
Negatives:
The omelets were so-so (suggest 50% American 50% cheddar cheeses instead of just American). Already paying for a room so complimentary parking should be included.

Room was tiny. The cushioned seat was so close to one side of the bed that exiting the bed was difficult. Upon entering the room, the tv was unplugged and the power cord was not long enough to reach the nearest electrical outlet. I called the front desk to report this. Was told maintenance would be by shortly to address. After an hour, I went down to the front desk to reiterate the problem. The Samsung remote control for the tv was unlike any remote i have ever encountered. We had to view a YouTube video on our iPad to determine how to use the remote. There was no ice machine on our floor and it appeared there was only one machine for all 3 floors. The floor on the elevator was filthy.

The bar at their had good drinks.

The room had a double bed. The room had visible mold and water damage. None of the light switches worked, and very few of the light sockets worked. Also, it had a very bad smell. We checked in very late and went straight to bed the first night. The next day we asked to be moved, but the hotel was full. We spoke to a manager the next day, and she did offer to see about moving us. By that time we were getting ready to leave the next morning and it didn't seem worth it. She said she would see about compensation, but we never heard from her again. She said that was the room they usually gave guests who booked on Booking.com. Later that evening we asked for fresh towels and were told they were out.

This hotel is a refurbished, older hotel with a beautiful river view.
Positives:
The hotel is very nice, spacious rooms and hot water. There's a mini fridge and desk. I loved the view of the river from my room. Also, even with it being sold out, very quiet. Breakfast was simple- hot eggs, sausage patties, tots and pancakes along with other cold staples. Coffee was delicious
Location was really good- walking distance to the subway train.
There's a killer Asian restaurant in walking distance too that I will dream about.

Im being picky here, the pillows weren't super fluffy. Thats it and thats a sad "dislike"

The breakfast was great, I love the fact there's a built in bar. From the moment we got there until we left the staff was all very nice those parts were phenomenal.

What we got for the price. I guess I misunderstood that we got a pullout sofa and a bed, I thought we were getting two beds. Really this would have been fine, but BOTH beds were so horribly uncomfortable. I woke up with a sore shoulder after tossing and turning all night and my daughter could barely sleep.

Finding it was a nightmare due to poor lighting and even more poor signage. Appears to be a pub instead of a hotel from the signs outside. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable and you could feel the bars in the mattress.

I love everything about The Best Western-Adams. I always have an amazing experience every time I stay here. The staff is consistently welcoming, the rooms are comfortable and spotless, and the service never disappoints. It’s become my go-to hotel whenever I need a staycation because they make every visit feel relaxing and effortless. I truly appreciate the consistency and hospitality every time I come. The customer service is impeccable. And the restaurant is amazing. I absolutely adore the staff. They are so kind and welcoming. 5 stars all around!!

The only thing I don’t like is when I have to check out!! I never want to leave when I am there, that’s truly how comfortable I feel when I am staying there.

The hotel itself was clean so no complaints there.
Negatives:
First of all to be told that we needed to lay to park in their parking lot was just bad taste. Then was told even with a handicap plate we had to pay was even worse. It’s Quincy folks not Boston! Get over yourselves. Then at 2 in the morning the fire alarm went off and we were all shipped outside until they cleared that. Then upon checking out breakfast was supposed to be until 10 am. We went in there at 945 and they were cleaning and removing everything up so there wasn’t anything to eat. When they say breakfast is until 10 they shouldn’t start taking things away until 10. Just bad service all around. Because of the fire alarm in the middle of the night they could have extended breakfast a wee bit, but no they actually needed it early. Not impressed at all.
