Positives:
Hotel employee at the front desk went over and above my expectations. We were flying out very early and went out of her way to help me with options and parking. Its so nice to see people care and have values and morals and pride in their work.
Positives:
The staff was welcoming and personable. Room was extremely clean and modern. Shuttle was timely. We left to early for the breakfast but we were given a grab and go breakfast so we wouldn't go hungry. Would definitely stay here again.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Everything - I had the biggest airline issues and was essentially stranded in Boston. Avid hotel got me in last minute & attended to me with such superior customer service - shuttle, clean room, breakfast bag, and shuttle back to airport.

8 minute drive to Logan airport! Very clean, linens smelled fresh, love the Dove shower/hygiene essentials - that they didnt come in little bottles. Continental breakfast was really good.

Parking was a little tight, although it wasnt that hard to find parking.

Very straightforward, no frills or gimmicks, just a good ol place to stay the night before a flight.
Positives:
The friendliness of staff, ease of check in and all the little extras in the lobby. Being able to schedule a late check out was a plus for my husband after dropping me off at the airport very early in the morning and its always great to find a hotel thats pet friendly!
Negatives:
Had a difficult time keeping the shower door closed but otherwise everything was perfect!
