Positives:
It was near some cool things. A staff member from housekeeping,I think, was SO KIND and helpful. We asked for washcloths and he brought a huge variety of towels. The hairdryer wouldn’t work so he not only brought a new one, in the bag new, but also worked on the electrical system to fix the bathroom outlet that the hairdryer blew. I keep thinking his name is Matthew but I may have made that up. We saw him later working in the breakfast area and he was fabulous there, as well.

The pillows were pointlessly flat and soft and the front desk staff was less than nice.

I really liked how close the hotel was to all the hot attractions of the city.
Negatives:
At one point, there was brown water in our plumbing. It happened in all of the hotel. I think it took the whole night to get it fixed. But while it was getting fixed, the hotel staff provided us with water bottles. They were really helpful.

Location was perfect. Room was comfy. Breakfast included was fair, coffee was good. Loved the parking garage but not the added cost per day.

Bathroom pocket door (got stuck couldn’t get out twice). Price of parking garage.
