Positives:
Perfect location close to all the sights, shops and restaurants. Friendly staff. Amazing tasting breakfast with great options like waffles, omelets and fresh fruit. Clean rooms and the breakfast area was kept very clean too.

Parking was very expensive and we’d thought it would have been included but it wasn’t. The pool was very small and there are no changing rooms, we had to go out to the toilets in the lobby to get changed

Great stay in Salem
Positives:
Breakfast was a good selection especially with kids. Location was central to most activities.
Negatives:
The bed was hard. It was like sleeping on a piece of wood. I only slept for 4 hrs because the bed was so uncomfortable. The room was hot even though we turned the A/C on because we like it cool to sleep. The system kept shutting down and I would have to turn the fan back on. Also was not aware that they charge you $25 per night to park under the hotel in a garage and have no free parking option for the hotel. Most likely would have chosen something without that added expense.

Room was very spacious and clean, great to relax after exploring Salem. Overall the hotel had a nice, relaxing vibe, it was clean and the staff was very friendly
Negatives:
Breakfast options weren't great. Options were a bit too greasy or too sweet. There were no non-dairy options for milk/yoghurt and there were only apples for fruit options.

The location was perfect, the room was a great size, bathroom was beautiful, and all of the staff we came in contact with were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was helpful and so nice.
Negatives:
The only thing that wasn't great was paying $25/day for parking at a hotel I had already purchased a room from. But they made up for it with being a private garage and easy access.
