I didn’t like that I was unable to you the only Visa card I have to check in with. I am not from here and don’t know anyone. I had to drive 40 mins to pick up my x husband just so I could use his card to check in and the drive 40 mins to bring him back home and then 40 mins to go back to the hotel!!!! This was very much a
Inconvenience for me and a waist of time and gas. And if I wasn’t able to get my x to let me us his card.i would not have been given my $ back for the room.

Another quest had a dog with them and it wasn't on a leash and when they got out of the elevator it approached my dog who snapped at it. All pets are supposed to be on a leash but it didn't seem to be enforced.
