Positives: The room was very clean and comfortable and although I didn't use them, I liked having a microwave and frig in the room.
Negatives: No ice! Both the ice machine on the first floor and second floor were out of service and I really like having ice!

Positives: The location is almost equidistant between Salem and Boston, which was very convenient for our trip. They don’t serve breakfast but we found an AMAZING donut place a short drive away. We would not have found Kane’s Donuts, if this location had served breakfast, so I think in all, it was a win! The staff was amazingly friendly, and never failed to greet us, whether coming in the door or coming off the elevator. I would happily stay here again.
Negatives: My only real complaint was the craziness of Massachusetts traffic! Getting in and out of the parking lot was a bit harrowing and nerve racking some days.

Negatives: The room was not the usually comfortable place I usually enjoy. There were holes in the ceiling, I do not believe the fire alarm was operable as there was not a cover on it and there were holes in the ceiling around the sprinklers. The window was facing route 1 and very noisy. The air conditioner sounded like it was struggling to survive. I actually cleaned the vents on it and that helped just a little bit. The neighboring room had people coming and going both nights knocking very loudly.

Positives: It is very close to Walmart, several restaurants and not too far if Boston.
Negatives: Customer service from certain reception people bad and unprofessional. Stay 5 nights and the room has not been cleaned once. Hotel located in a very busy area with cars, difficult to walk with the dogs.

Positives: Alarm clock broken, phone in room broken, late check out has a fee of $20.00. Since overslept with broken alarm clock. I had to rush out of room. No coffee or snack box offered to me. Slept poorly for EMT’s came at 12:30 am to help guest in lobby/ hallways reeked of pot smoking on every floor. Not the value of $240 dollars that I was expecting. I shall never return here again! You should refund me completely! DF
Negatives: No sign staying door doesn’t close behind you. Constantly locking from inside room. Phone in room broken, alarm clock broken. Nothing was really working in room at all. Lighting is poorly lit to do my work on the computer. Most of the lamps had brunt bulbs. The room smelled of stale beer and cigarettes. I was appalled and then requested a refund for how outrageous for late check out. I wouldn’t recommend this plus to a homeless person. I want my money back for this inconvenience towards me and my partner. DF
