Positives: This hotel is nasty I would never stay there again and I wouldn't tell anybody to stay there it's dirty as roaches and it's like thousands of cigarettes all over the ground and they don't clean the place at all so now it's terrible

Positives: Location. This hotel is only 40 minutes from Logan Airport and close to everything.
Negatives: Nothing, every time I go it's getting better. Free Brake fast is back.

Positives: We liked that this hotel was pet friendly and that it was mostly conveniently located in Shrewsbury, and that it felt pretty safe and nice compared to other hotels in the area in the same price range.
Negatives: We booked a room with a king size bed, but the TV did not work correctly in the room we were given, so we were put into a room with two full beds. Also, the fire alarm went off twice unnecessarily.

Positives: location was very convenient for me
Negatives: room was not in good repair. coffee maker was too difficult to use, too difficult to plug in. Window crank mechanism failed completely. Bathroom light needed to be "jiggled" in order to work. Very disappointing, but not a deal-breaker.

Positives: The refrigerators were nice and clean and the tub bathroom everything was spotless you really don't find that and no hotel especially the sheets pillows and comforter smell fresh look clean and they were excellent I rated a five-star
Negatives: I made reservations so I can work a couple of days on my book but the internet was so poor I mean really poor internet service n22 this virus no continental breakfast it's kind of hard to find places to eat cuz it's a distance to drive but like I said the
