The room was big enough and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Location is not very central but the subway is a 10 minutes walk away and you can be in central Boston in about 15 minutes from there. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The carpet was dirty (dried food) and under the couches and furniture there was food and trash from the previous people. The wall outlet was also broken and nobody replaced it.

The airport shuttle driver was the only positive experience of my stay.
Negatives:
The was the most expensive hotel and by far the worst, dirtiest, sketchiest hotel with terrible staff. The hotel receptionist was extremely rude. I arrived at the hotel the same time as my sister arrived at the airport to request a shuttle by phone. The hotel receptionist hung up on her twice as soon as he answered and attempted to do it a 3rd time, but I could hear her voice and told him to stop hanging up on my sister! He was so rude. The hotel had trash all out in the parking lot, was not well lit, had graffiti in elevator, carpets had not been vacuumed in halls and rooms, dust was all over furniture in room, plus had bed bugs. It was a nightmare!!! I could not believe the price I paid for a truly nightmare of an experience.
