It had what we needed in general. The room wasn't too terribly dirty, and the shower worked fairly well.
Negatives:
When we arrived, there was no elevator so we had to carry all of our stuff up the stairs to the second floor. It was exhausting, and when we got to the second floor, we realized we were in the wrong place because it wasn't connected...possibly our fault, but it wasn't clear. We got to the room and our keys did not work. Thankfully a staff member was there since we had already asked for more bedding for our kids so they took a look, but they couldn't get the keys to work either. They got us new keys, which also didn't work. Thankfully we didn't need to leave until the morning, but it could have been an issue. The room was okay, it wasn't the cleanest, but not filthy. The worst part was the pillows were absolutely horrible, they were super stiff and uncomfortable and I couldn't sleep.

The pool was closed for maintenance and that was the main reason for our stay. The screen in the window was broken and in order to close the window I had to take the screen out.

we were first given a room on the 2nd floor when the hotel has no elevator. My elderly father could not do the stairs. who knew it is legal in ma to have no elev. We were given a 1st floor room without a phone. The door handle to the room was faulty also

Loved how accommodating the hotel was with us having our dog with us. No pet fee which was a plus. Comfortable room and bed and clean.

Short stay but good location...
Positives:
Close to Amherst was easy way to get there, the staff was very nice.
Negatives:
A lot or stuff didn’t work.
We had a door that didn’t work it didn’t really lock and then when we would close it the card wouldn’t work for it and we couldn’t get in unless we slammed the door open using all our body weight
The shower was all rusted on the floor so we couldn’t even shower
It was pretty dirty and we saw many bugs.
For the amount of money I was made to pay it was very disappointing I’m in my young twenties visiting people at school and don’t have a lot of money I could afford this but it was pricey. Bugs rust dirt and broken doors and no sound proof walls was not worth my. Hard working $309.
