we were first given a room on the 2nd floor when the hotel has no elevator. My elderly father could not do the stairs. who knew it is legal in ma to have no elev. We were given a 1st floor room without a phone. The door handle to the room was faulty also

too crazy around pool area

Location. The night manager was very kind.
Negatives:
Filthy tub. Non-working door key. The manager got the door unlocked, but had to throw her body against it to open it. The heater brought in frigid outside air. The manager had no help. Every outlet had slots too big to keep plugs in. No bedside lamp

The location is close to where I had to be.

The room that I had although looked like it had been renovated. was a bit run down. Especially the bathtub in the bathroom.
There was a person smoking pot right outside my window. He smoked and made scary noise all through the 2 nights that I stayed. Beside strong smell of the weed and noise, I felt quite unsafe.
