Hilton Garden Inn Springfield

Negatives: Breakfast wasn't very good. The heating in the bedroom was inconsistent and the sound proofing between adjacent rooms was not good, we could hear our neighbors.

Negatives: Needs updating, the sink drain was slow. The pool was crazy with kids and parents not supervising very well.

Negatives: The whole hotel on the upper floors and elevators has an extreme unsavory SMELL like Old Rotten, just funky. We were placed on the 6th floor, and the room was dirty upon arrival and not filled with the requests I had made at the time of booking. I called Front desk and was told that they didn't know I had made those requests as I booked with Booking.com. However, I did receive an email stating they would be met from the Hilton Garden Inn. The request was to have extra blankets, toilet paper, and a view of The Basketball Hall of Fame. We then were placed in another room which was not any better there were black spots on the ceiling, shower drain didn't plug, wall paper loose, a hole in the wall near the bed, fridge had wet dirty wood and mold forming on the wood that houses the fridge. Based on how exhausted we were from traveling from out of state I didn't even bother to ask a third time to be switched as it was my child's 11th birthday and had all three of my babies for this special day. Lastly, the food they offer is not worth the price to have as a continental breakfast it was Luke warm, and even if you place an order lack luster. I would recommend staying at Hampton Inn across the street or another establishment if your visiting the Basketball Hall of Fame. I did express all of this to the Hilton Garden Inn and no contact has been made on their end to rectify or even provide the nights stay back to me as I requested for the unsatisfactory experience they provided. HILTON really dropped the ball on this and the whole establishment needs a deep cleaning / face lift in the inside.

Negatives: Near mire room it was commotion all night. The police came in the morning. I couldn't sleep nor relax. I felt like i would've had more peace at home. And i enjoy staying there. The refrigerator made noise all night. BAD NIGHT!! I never heard from the manager about some kind of refund back.
