My 10 year old kid found a container with drugs (crack) floating in the pool. Mind you there were a bunch of kids and babies swimming in the pool. The manager took it and didn’t even say anything face blank like nothing. Additionally I had to go to the counter every time I got out of my room because the key kept deactivating itself no body warned me that I needed to keep my key far from my phone because it will kill the key . And the quality of the breakfast was really sad. There’s multiple people partying and doing weird stuff in the back of the hotel. Multiple cars with loud music and I honestly didn’t felt safe staying here in general.

Positives:
Locations a little bit sketchy as an honest opinion, but the breakfast is actually really good. The orange juice and apple juice were way too sweet so please look into it. The star of the show was the Belgian waffles homemade.The staff is also very nice and pleasant while checking.
Negatives:
The area seem dead at night time. It's weird that a Dunkin donuts closed at 8 pm at night time. If you need to order food you have to travel a few miles to grab hot foods.

Nothing! The room was shoddy and unappealing!

The accommodations were horrible! The smell throughout the hotel was horrible. It smelled like mold and wet pets! I was extremely dissatisfied with the cost that I paid for this stay was more than what our group costs were for the Marriott Springfield. I was mortified because I was expecting something comparable to the Marriott!!! So I was extremely disappointed! I did not know the area and I am assuming that I was referred here based upon proximity but this was absolutely deplorable!!
