The person working the front desk needs to have more training on customer service so when he is asked questions he can answer them without having an attitude about it! Especially when your told you have to pay extra money and had no idea they started doing that!!

I checked in on June 23,2022 around 5:15pm and the guy at the front desk was rude when i was unaware on the new deposit that is inforced due to people smoking in the rooms. But for me who does not smoke was unaware of this and it should be stated on the website so upon arrival the customer is aware. But again when questions arise and the staff member at the front desk has an attitude because you are asking a question is a turn off especially when someone like myself spends alot of money and stays often. This one particular staff member needs to be retrained on how to answer questions WITHOUT having an attitude as if hes better then you. That is his job when something is not presented and a customer is caught off guard upon arriving for check in should be nice about the situation and explain it not with an attitude!

My room was not cleaned properly. There was a dirty towel left in the bathroom, the shower was not cleaned, the light fixtures in the bathroom was only holding on ny one screw and I thought it might fall at any point in time. The floor was dirty, and the outlets by the bed didn't work at all.

nice room setup. new and beautiful furniture and fixtures. spot up front for a few bucks more, goody box in the room too. staff was good at check in, excellent at check out.
Negatives:
toilet took a whole minute to flush. pillow cases were disgusting, one had a footprint from a dirty shoe. movie rentals are 20 a pop even in the best deluxe king room. mini fridge had no freezer section. shampoo was not provided. bed was super uncomfortable.
