Positives:
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The premium room has designated (reserved) parking right in front of the room, which was very nice. The room was big and well equipped and the bed was very nice.
Negatives:
I didn't like that I had at least 6 flies in my room and that the comforter had quite some black stains on it. I'm also not a fan of hotels that charger your card with a $100 deposit. However, I got this one back very quickly.

The person working the front desk needs to have more training on customer service so when he is asked questions he can answer them without having an attitude about it! Especially when your told you have to pay extra money and had no idea they started doing that!!

I checked in on June 23,2022 around 5:15pm and the guy at the front desk was rude when i was unaware on the new deposit that is inforced due to people smoking in the rooms. But for me who does not smoke was unaware of this and it should be stated on the website so upon arrival the customer is aware. But again when questions arise and the staff member at the front desk has an attitude because you are asking a question is a turn off especially when someone like myself spends alot of money and stays often. This one particular staff member needs to be retrained on how to answer questions WITHOUT having an attitude as if hes better then you. That is his job when something is not presented and a customer is caught off guard upon arriving for check in should be nice about the situation and explain it not with an attitude!
