Terrible for what we paid...

We checked in @around 8pm at night we brought our stuff in . As we are getting ready to relax my 8year old was playing around in the room I happened to see the bottom of his feet they where black. So we washed then put sock on and they got black to. My husband from trash under the bed. We found stain on the pillows and blankets . We had a non smoking room and had burn hole in the blanket. The room smelled like smoke and mildew. The couch had gross stain all over it. If I could’ve found other place to stay that night I would’ve.

Easy off and on highway. TV worked and got many channels, heater worked. Wifi.. This doesn't always happen at cheaper motels.

The room was great. Problem was a guest locked key in room after 11pm. This Stanger had to bunk with me because the office was closed until 0930. You advertise 247 desk open and also coffee, Which I was informed that it was not served. I feel this is false advertising. I want my money back. I've always thought Red Roof was good value.

Vending machine was out of water and coin return didn't work. Tried to get Dr. Pepper instead but I got a diet Coke! Power outlet was hanging out of the wall and only 1 socket worked. Handle on desk drawer pulled right off. Should have wifi password printed on card in room. Got in late and office was closed so could not access wifi.
