The front desk clerk named Jose was very rude and judgmental when my son coughed ( the pollen in the air is unprecedented and the clerk made my son embarrassed) he completely set the tone for my stay and if I didn’t make it clear he was very rude.

The room stunk like cat piss bad that i had to spray my body spray in the AC vent to have the room smell somewhat good!!! ....Hallways also stunk seem like people live at this place.. i will on recommend this place as a last minute to rent!!

Went to check in, he took forever to check us in, checked in the wrong person, kept asking us the same questions, there was a group of us the booked but we booked individually on our own, he made me call my sister and ask for her confirmation number .. I’m like that have nothing to do with me why are you asking me for her confirmation number and shouldn’t she give it to him when she checks in which wouldn’t have been for another 3 hours .. asked if we’re having a party and that’s why we’ve booked so many rooms and I said I only book 1 room for myself and my husband . We were there from out of state for a wedding!!!! We weren’t gonna party at that dirty ass hotel . It smelled like cigarettes and urin . Tubs wasn’t clean . I got bit all over my feet… this place is trash and I would never book here again
