Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

The breakfast was disgusting. It is not at all what you advertise terrible coffee with creamer that should not even be there. You should only be using milk or cream.

It was snowing at the desk when I was there. They were too busy trying to do laundry and other things. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I will never stay in it again.

The room had a terrible odor, the floor was sticky and the fridge was filthy. There homeless population and the hotel was a lot to deal with. The person who checked us in talked about a client prior to myself who swore at her because he did not want to show an id. She was using vulgar language and she also talked about the homeless people at the hotel. There were a group of people smoking outside by the door sitting in the ground. It was awful.

To check in at the front desk took about 20 minutes. The receptionist was very unprofessional . I then went to the room and the first thing I seen was a cockroach by my feet when I went to the bathroom .Totally disgusting and unacceptable. There was another one that was in the closet , looking very comfortable while I felt the opposite. The bed had multiple stains on them that looked like dried blood . Even inside the lamp next to the bed was covered in filth , also the refrigerator, the microwave, the walls , even the ceiling!

The cigarette smell everywhere as soon as you walk in the building... microwave in my room did not work. Tv did not work. The shower barely had hot water. The room smell was horrible.

Dirty-looking bathroom (especially bathtub). Damaged mirror. No carpeting. Not enough pillows. Old refrigerator and stove. Odd assortment of eating utensils.
