I booked a room at Extended Stay America – Tewksbury for the night of May 16–17, specifically for four guests with two beds. When we arrived, the front desk told us they had given our room to someone else, and they only had a one-bed room available. When I asked for a solution, they told me since I had booked through a third party, they couldn’t help — and even told me to “go somewhere else if you don’t like it.”
The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, offering no help or alternatives. I also requested a non-smoking room, but the one they gave us reeked of smoke and was very uncomfortable. We ended up spending 2–3 hours trying to find another hotel, which completely ruined our evening.

Horrible disgusting filthy full of cat piss throughout hallways and saturated carpets. Bathrooms gross... kitchen was not equipped with anything. Beds had blood stains on sheets and old food left in the fridge, not to mention under the beds old donut holes! Cock roaches...the employees were so unprofessional rude and treated people like crap. Poor homeless people were all around drug activity galore police always around. It was the worst experience in my 54 years on this earth. The management is shit bags trashy people who didn't care about the property.. the front desk lady, the blond in particular was horrific, and I think the heath department should shut that rat infested place down.
