It was not clean the toilet had black stuff all in it and around it the shower you couldn’t even take a shower if you needed to. It was like filthy the towels oh my goodness don’t even get me started the towels they were black. The pillows were like black then not even they’re supposed to be white and they were really dirty. Then the AC didn’t work.

There was grime and filth everywhere — it clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. The smell was unbearable, like something rotting or moldy. To make matters worse, the hair dryer didn’t even work. Overall, the place felt dirty, poorly maintained, and just gross. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I booked a room at Extended Stay America – Tewksbury for the night of May 16–17, specifically for four guests with two beds. When we arrived, the front desk told us they had given our room to someone else, and they only had a one-bed room available. When I asked for a solution, they told me since I had booked through a third party, they couldn’t help — and even told me to “go somewhere else if you don’t like it.”
The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, offering no help or alternatives. I also requested a non-smoking room, but the one they gave us reeked of smoke and was very uncomfortable. We ended up spending 2–3 hours trying to find another hotel, which completely ruined our evening.
