The staff were not helpful at all. When checking in the lady had no idea I had a reservation but my key was sitting on the desk. I asked for a late check out and the employee said I could leave at noon time. The next morning, a gentleman was working and told me “well the lady isn’t working anymore and it’s me and i said 11:30” at 11:15 housekeeping came by the room claiming I had no late check out, was very rude and talking over me. Bad experience 1 star.

I booked a certain room and paid for it. Then, I got a tiny room, that was $40 less, without the amenities I paid for and they didn't refund me any of the overage. The room was filthy, door looked like it had been kicked in. I paid $145 including tax and a service charge. The room I got was $118 including tax and service charge. I'm disgusted

I like the location, the bowling place up the street was so much fun! Not far from Salem.

Listen to someone's dogs fighting all night long. It sounded like they were killing each other. There was a bug that came up out of the drain while brushing my teeth! Wish the linens had a bigger, thicker blanket. Was pretty cold

It was the cheapest hotel I could find. It accomplished the goal of having a place to sleep, but not much more. TV had a full i/o panel, which I thought was interesting. Workers were pleasant in the brief interaction I had.
Negatives:
I was bumped to a smoking room, which was kinda gross. The whole place is cracked concrete, which doesn't feel very inviting. The bed was a queen sized 5" thick mattress on a wooden slab, and was as comfortable as that sounds. Bathroom was impressively small and dingy. There's a sign on the door suggesting using the deadbolt lock at night, signaling less than savory location.

The front desk girl her name was Alice I believe she was very kind and helpful the other staff were ok. The manager she was ok but didn’t fully understand the severity of my issue . I asked her for a free night or even a refund for my stay due to the nasty roach bed and all she could offer was 50% off…

Everything. It was supposed to be non-smoking rooms, and the whole place smelled like cigarettes. The bed sheets had burned spots on them.Travel with family, and most of us have asthma. We couldn't stay the night. So disappointed we drove back 2.5 hours home.
