Got to the hotel. It was very late and we were exhausted and the girl at the desk can’t find our reservation and she said they only had two rooms left. In the mean time the manager man stays on the phone the whole 30 minutes we wasted trying to fix this not really helping anyone. They never find our reservation and the two rooms are also gone! A man with children walks up and says they found bugs in their bed and he is nicely asking for his money back to leave. The manager man stays on the phone barely helps him. Ridiculous. We had to leave and drive another hour for a hotel. These people here have no heart!

I was called from someone in the hotel regarding my pet barking and I had to stop everything I was doing to go get my dog and it ruined my trip, despite me having to pay a $75 fee. Then, the next morning staff was extremely unprofessional saying Oh she’s the one with the dog and laughing at my face.

My room was not as depicted online and I was pretty disappointed. It showed update new rooms mine looked 25+ years old with dirty old furniture. There were little bugs in the dated air control unit.

Location, quietness (room was away from the highway), comfortable bed, staff, lobby is beautiful, breakfast, there is a bar/restaurant for dinner which was good.

The room is in need of a big renovation. The front desk said they were renovating room by room. Just ask for a renovated room when you check in.

The bathroom and towels were sparkling clean, as well as the sheets. The beds were confortable and the breakfast was good ( a lot of options)
Parking is free and the location is very close to salem and several malls. Good for 1 night sleep
