Negatives: I booked and paid for the room. Arriving to the hotel discovered they sold my room to someone else. And told me to look for another hotel. They claim booking.com doesn’t check with the hotel whether they have rooms available. Either booking. Com has to fix their problem or the hotel shouldn’t sell rooms through booking.com. I was left on he street late at night because of that.

Negatives: No shower curtain, never have experienced that. Place was dirty and dusty, no middle drawer no utensils in kitchen

Negatives: There was no remote to the tv. No one at the front desk. Cockroach in the room.

Negatives: A well and truly bad experience at this hotel and to be honest I will avoid this chain in future being my first stay with Extended Stays. Check in was clumsy with the front desk agent using a tablet on a stand with barely any cable to move it about, Had to fill out details on the screen but the address layout didn't work for one in the UK. Ground floor corridors had litter on the carpet and marks. However, it got worse in the room. Poor maintenance and cleanliness was instantly notable. Most lighting in the room didn't work including both bedside lamps. Just one of the lights in the bathroom and one table lamp next to the sofa out of seven in total worked. Various cupboards and drawers in really poor condition. Handles missing, lining peeling off etc. I didn't need the cooking and refrigeration facilities so didn't check for those. TV didn't power on. I tried to charge my phone up using the socket behind a bedside cabinet and that had no power which explained why the radio alarm clock plugged in next to it wasn't working. Bathroom facilities were actually passable but the sink needed plunging as water took ages to empty away. The bed mattress was poor quality. WiFi worked ok only on one device as you have to sign in with the name and room number. They want you to pay extra perhaps for better speed as an upgrade. Despite the information given at check-in saying breakfast was from 06:00, myself and other guests were looking around for where it was. A member of staff said, we've not had supplies for over a week. "How can I make you coffee if we don't have anything?" was his reply. Why didn't the front desk agent apologise and mentioned that the advertised free breakfast wasn't going to be available in the morning when I checked in? Fortunately there is a Dunkin' a short distance from the hotel for breakfast. I tried to hand over a handwritten list of maintenance faults to the same member of staff.

Negatives: Cleanliness And a breakfast that doesn’t qualify as a breakfast

Negatives: No breakfast, only coffee. The drain under the sink was leaking. A bucket was standing underneath it, and it stank of s**t. The microwave was missing a leg and it almost fell on me when I opened it. The room looked worn with minor damages.

Negatives: Mold on the kitchen wall where they had removed a dish washer and left exposed pipes/tubes. No blankets or sheets provided. Spilt substance on the drawers from previous occupancy? Burn marks on counter, holes in the wall where they had removed shelving, but left the lose hanging shelving in the closet that looked like it had recently been removed. Asked for some sheets and a blanket for the pull out couch, and they said they wouldn't be available until 11pm (we checked in at 4pm) smelled like trash throughout the hotel. Not even close to worth the $400 for one night. We will never go back and tell anyone to steer clear of this place!

Negatives: The rooms were not in good condition. There were holes in the walls, broken drawers, shower handle was broken, dead bolt was broken, ac/heater barely worked, no room cleaning. There was no breakfast or even coffee as advertised the one day I did stop by for it. Front desk was completely empty at one point. It didn't affect me but there were a lot of people waiting to check in for like 20 minutes.

Negatives: There was a blood stain on blanket and sheet was ripped.

Negatives: Facilities and amenities are sub par

Negatives: The bath ,was clogged, and the toilet, bad service and no t.v control. DIDN'T PROVIDE WITH any pots or pans ,gave them to me dirty .Staff wasn't nice at all ,or organized. Bad and ridiculous with the price range.

Negatives: Bad smells in the hallway, the room smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week and the floors were all sticky. Also no ice maker in the place!
