Negatives: Reserved two queens and got a king. Sofa bed was stained and uncomfortable. So gross

Negatives: Most things: Crumbling furniture and counters. Dirty/Dingy Noisy

Negatives: Toe nail clippings on the bathroom floor

Negatives: We arrive at night to do the check in but nobody was in the front desk. There were 2 other customers that have been awaiting for 45 minutes to check in. They were on the phone without finding support or answers. We had to ask another staff from the neighbor hotel from the same company to help us to check in. That person was overwhelmed, and so stressed. Try to report what was happening to his chief but that person didn't answer. We finally entered into our room at 1 am!!! (we lost 1.5 hours waiting). On top of that, it was describe that there was breakfast. That's a lie!!! in the 5 days we stay, we NEVER had breakfast. We left around 8 am, and never found what was described on the website when we booked. The place is smoke free, however the smoke smell is awful everywhere. Finally, the front desk man was rude with my husband when my husband approached him to clarify some information about our stay. It was a terrible experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO STAY AT HIS PLACE!

Negatives: I found the wrapper to a Trojan condom on the floor of my room. The shower was completely rusted, there were stains on the shower floor/walls.

Negatives: Corridors smell horribly like cigarettes. Cleaning in the room probably only meant changed sheets. All the handles were filthy, bathtub was full of hair, literaly tumbleweed under beds. I could not touch the bath curtain. Microwave was not turning the plate so we could not use it, and mechanic was mentioned per front desk was gone for the long weekend. Plates, cups, utensils were absent, at 12 am had to wait by front desk for half an hour to receive them. Next morning came back for pans and spent about the same amount of time waiting. Pans looked like someone was cooking meth in them. Breakfast included in price was simply absent - coffee and bars, seriously? TV had no internet connection so couldnt watch anything online. It did not seem like a safe place. Front desk had 24/7 huge recording camera, there was a specific spot for police and there was an emergency botton - something I have observed for the first time ever traveling to Boston area. We were on the first floor and windows simply did not have locks so could be open by anyone outside. We had to keep majority of our belongings in the car. I understand that you are the cheapest hotel in the surrounding area, but come on. I also understand being outdated. But its simple things.

Negatives: No power, People were stuck in the elevators the firemen had to get them out. There was no backup power

Negatives: Room wasn't clear,it was truly bad..I do not recommend anybody to go there.

Negatives: Dirty, dirty, dirty gross

Negatives: It was a studio with a kinchenette with no way to use it

Negatives: Hallway had a stench to it, room ceiling light cover was half way off, and one of the lamps had no lightbulb in it

Negatives: didn’t enjoy anything

Negatives: I did not like not having complimentary coffee in the room.

Negatives: The room looks super dirty and old, many holes on the wall that weren't painted yet. Food stains are everywhere on the refrigerator, no cooking ware were provided. I couldn't wait to leave the facility.

Negatives: Coffee was not available at the time, only 1 cup available. Bed was like a brick, could not stay the next day, checked out early.
