Negatives: Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Decrepit, dirty, . Property in BAD Condition. Basic Things didn't work.

Negatives: mold in room stucco falling apart

Negatives: did not get to stay there their boiler was broken they booked us at a hotel up the street and they charged us $50 more dollars

Negatives: Not clean— garbage on floor, dirty towel, very run down bathroom. Uncomfortable pillows & blankets. Noisy at night, people screaming

Negatives: the rooms really stink a lot, i have asthma and i changed rooms 2 times because the smell was unbearable of cigarettes, there are no blankets, my boyfriend and i were very cold during the night, i believe that the cleaning service needs to be more effective

Negatives: The place needs a lot of repair. Our shower water ran all night because it wouldn't shut off. Cigarette burn holes in pillow cases and sheets. Or friends rooms had no smoke detector (just wires hanging) and toilet wouldn't flush. It was a place to sleep for the night.

Negatives: I did not stay I left. the 1/3 paved parking lot was the first tell that I should not stay. the cigarette butts in the hallway were the second. the smell when I walked in the room (207), was vile, urine, cigarettes (nonsmoking room), BO and pot. the walls were stained with nicotine and dirt. the carpet was frayed and stained, which was the same for the bed spread. the light fixture was crooked and hanging off the wall. I turned around and walked out the door, and gave the semi pleasant desk person my key and left. I have emailed the property twice through Booking.com but no response. I can’t even get a hold of someone at the parent company. the parent company needs to take done responsibility and invest some money to make this place less vile.

Negatives: Got no sleep, party next door till 7 am. Broken glass in carpet, carpet was sticky, horrible smell of smoking and weed. Furniture worn and broken.
