Overall, a pleasant, convenient place to stay.
Positives:
Friendly staff, amazing breakfast as it included eggs, sausage, bacon, hash-browns, cheese, muffins, waffles, yogurt, English muffins and bagels along with cereal, milk and juices. The location of the hotel itself was easy and convenient.
Negatives:
The bed was awful and had springs poking through that made it difficult to sleep on.

Overall a decent stay

The breakfast was pretty good.
Negatives:
We arrived in at the hotel later in the evening, and the room was absolutely freezing. It never really warmed up for the evening. The furniture was in bad shape, peeling veneer, closet door with broken hinge. The freezing conditions continued in the breakfast room.

The faucet wasn't secured to the bathroom counter. Ceiling tiles were put together with clear tap. Tissue holder was coming off the wall. Someone had definitely smoked in the room. The room was musty & sticky. & did i really see a command strip for a hook on the back of the bathroom door???

Nothing it had a foul smell in the lobby and through the entire building smelled like marijuana.
Negatives:
The sheets and towels were dirty and had stains on them, the room smelled like cigarettes and marijuana, the air conditioner barely worked.

The room smelled musty. There was black mold around the surround for the shower. The balconies were basically unusable because they were dirty and filled with cobwebs, lots of bugs.

I felt grossed out and worried that we would bring home bedbugs or get sick from the unhealthy air.

It was situated a short distance from the Big E. Plenty of parking and options outside of the hotel.

The sliding glass door was broken. The glass had completely separated from the door. We were unable to close it and we went to sleep with the sounds of the highway next to it. We told them we were ok with this since it offer some fresh air to go to sleep.
