Nothing. We paid but could not stay as it was not a habitable room. No resolution as of yet.

We paid full amount but could not stay as they Could not offer us a room because staff wasnt there. Unfair reasons after taking money as they had enough time to check room when we complained. The toilet was leaking into the room and not usable. The bathtub was clogged with hair. Manager not available 2 times we called. The front desk person said they can't do anything as it's a 3rd party booking. We had tried calling them 3 times, but nobody answered the phone.
