Entire hotel is dirty and smelly. Poor reception support. Had to pick up bed sheet and quilt myself at reception even after booking was done for 4. Pillow was given only for 2 persons, staff gave me third one from somewhere, but then 4th one was not there until they had to move me in another room asking to use pillow from first room. Water in the Bathtub in the first room was not draining. Window AC had gap in the fitting and outside cold air was coming inside. Sofa bed mattress was almost useless with a lot of dirt below it. Will not recommend it.

very comfortable studio room with full kitchen and standard refrigerator. Comfortable bed, couch, and workspace. Very clean space overall and I really enjoyed my time there.
Negatives:
I wasnt able to figure out if there was regular milk/cream for coffee only sweetened creamers were available but then again i didnt ask the staff.

The location isn’t bad. It’s not actually close to anything except a medical center, which I assume is the point of the hotels location. The room was clean and tidy minus the bathroom sink, I think that was more rust and grim than actual filth. The towels smelt clean, which I feel is a luxury at a hotel these days.
Negatives:
The included breakfast was a let down, but muffins and granola bars are enough and it is a place on the cheaper end so I take that with a grain of salt. Of course there was coffee which is what fuels me mostly so.. it good. Really friendly people work here. I needed some items and a lady stoped her routine and got it for me on the spot. I felt a bit like royalty.

Where do I begin? noisy guests in not one but 2 rooms down the hall and I mean LOUD. Kids yelling after 10 pm. People talking loud. Dirty. Trash when you get off elevator overflowing.
Non working hairdryer on wall. Remote not working. Dirty on side of tub. Dirty window sills(mildew) Dirty kitchen drawer. Lobby smells like weed. Bunch of people in front of door smoking!

Unfortunately there is nothing to like about this property.

This property’s lobby is dark and gloomy and it felt like I was staying at a shelter more than a hotel. There was never anyone at the front desk in the evenings. The hallways smelled like Marijuana and my room was neat but needs to be deep cleaned and updated. Bed was hard as a rock and mattress covers need to replaced. My key cards would just stop working and I had to go back downstairs and call 0 and wait until someone showed up to fix my key cards. Garbage was overflowing and no one seemed to care. I needed my receipt as I was checking out but was told they couldn’t because something was being done behind desk. It was a very disappointing experience and I will never stay or recommend this property to anyone.

Room was clean and spacious. We got a handicap accessible room which we did not need but seemed very good for a person in need of one.
Negatives:
Hallway carpet was dirty with visible pieces, like a partial straw. A bit of a smell in the hallway as well. We arrived late, no vending machine on our floor or map of where to find something to eat or drink. Hard to find as there are 3 of the same motels in close proximity, so make sure you have the address, not just the name in your GPS.
