Not clean- trash found from the prior guest. That’s how people get sick from not cleaning rooms properly. Only one staff member at the front desk so anyone could just walk into the hotel without anyone noticing which is nerve wrecking with children.

It was nice, clean, the staff where good, my friend did say he saw a roach run behind the microwave and I did find a stain on the sheet but other then that the stay was good, and the shower got very hot so that was nice.

My first room in first floor had cockroaches and when I went to front desk,
The staff immediately changed me to another room in second floor and I did Not encounter cockroaches again.
So the staff were very nice and very helpful,
Maybe the hotel property was very old and they have to replace

There was a parking spot only for police cars and also there was a notice of be careful of ur cars and ur belongings and so it looked like unsafe. But I did not encounter any bad experiences in parking lot of hotel.

The gentleman checking me talked to me like I was an idiot. It was my first time using a third party booking site. I was tired and cold, and was treated poorly. When I tried to get into my room, the key didn’t work, and when I went back to the desk I was treated like I didn’t know how to use a key.

The shower rod was half out of the wall on one side. Other than when I checked in, I never saw a single front desk staff as I went in and out over my stay. There was always a be back shortly sign on the front desk.
