The location was good, but hard to find without signage. The checking was easy and fast. Easy checkout process. The ability to reserve online with options. I like the fact that there is a follow up review.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly. The floor was dirty with black dirt when wiped with tissue. There was hair on the bathroom vanity top. The bathroom sink was dislocated from the vanity. The appliances are out dated. Poor pillows and blanket.

Room was dirty, kitchen sink was was clogged ,tv was hard to boot up, bathroom tub was clog , room above us was noisy till 2.30 in morning ,maybe we got 3 hour of sleep total, worst night i ever spend in a hotel ever, we did not get what we paid for, and i stay in this hotel before and the last room was ok, but this room i would not have stay in that room if you paid me to stay there,i will not be staying in your hotels ever agian!!!!! and you owe me my money back!!!!

This property was disgusting. The room and all
linens were dirty and not even enough towels or soap for the two of us. It is clear that this is a hotel housing illegal immigrants. It felt like staying in Section 8 housing. Screaming adults and babies, loud music and filthy conditions. I pray our country rethinks this.

The hotel is not clean in any sense. There are smell in every floor and corridors. Most importantly the internet Wi-Fi connection was disconnected for 4 days during my stay. Which makes no sense to stay on a business trip.
