It was very run down and it should not be used as a hotel rental the refrigerator was rusty and dirty looking. The bathtub was really dirty looking I showered with socks on and still was apprehensive about it. The bathroom sink was clogged and it kept holding water with just a simple opening of the water. The kitchen drawer had roach residue.
