Positives: The bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean. It was easy to adjust the room temperature to our liking. Heavy curtains closed neatly. It was very quiet. We felt it was fine for our one-night stay.

Negatives: We had trouble accessing our room; had to return to Reception to learn the lock / door handle workaround. Still took several tries each time we wanted to get in. The breakfast bar would be improved with fruit, or juice in a dispenser like the coffee. If cocoa was an option, I missed it. Plastic cups in the bathroom would be good, for one-night visitors who don't need to get the pack of kitchen equipment.

Positives: Stephanie is awesome, she is professional easy to talk with and helpful. I recommend her for management position. The other staff is really nice as well.

Negatives: My reservation was canceled. When I had called to let them know of my situation, had paid for Friday and Saturday but I wasn’t going to be there Friday. When my husband got there on Saturday they had canceled the reservation and he had to drive 2 hrs back home with the kiddos.
