Room layout. Comfortable beds. Was halfway handicapped accessible.
Front desk staff were especially helpful and pleasant

1]Door to room extremely heavy. Had I been alone, I could not have opened it. 2] Towels stacked high in bathroom look great. Unreachable to anyone under 5'4...again, had to get partner to reach them. 3] lotion on wall beyond reach. 4] shower stool not anchored, with railings on two sides of shower, if one grabbed stool for balance it pulls away. I was lucky to not be hurt when I lost my balance.
Regular shower dripped when using handheld. Handheld was not adjustable height wise. Probably a maintenance issue. Shower floor was not clean around edges or corners.
Bathroom floor was not clean around edges or molding.
Room floor was not clean around edges. Window sills dusty and gritty..
Have stayed at Hampton Inns frequently over 30 years. Breakfasts have become a disgrace. Totally inedible.
Chicken should never be in the same sentence with sausage.
The pre-made dry overcooked
" omelets" = imitation food..made c worse with peppers... truly an embarrassing offering for a Hilton Hotel
