Smell of mold was everywhere. Inside the room, it was a mix of smels of mold, humidity, and some chemicals they probably ware trying to treat that mold.

The hotel was close to where I needed to be and it was relatively close to a two major highways

At checkout the next morning the following items to make staff at the front desk:
The Front door to room was wide open when we checked in the night before, the toilet tank leaked water after each flush, the faucet leaked while it was on and the room smelled of smoke.
**More important was the hostile attitude of the male at checkout who became verbally aggressive and rather than offer a half-decent apology, he yelled at me and demanded to know what I wanted.
I responded that I didn’t want anything, and was merely reporting my observations.
Other staff within listening distance also overheard the tone of the male employee.
**I will never stay at this location in the future.

There was a little smell in the room, material on the furniture was cracked, the mattress for the bed was on a big metal grate thing that made noise every time you moved. The toilet would all of a sudden make a big gurgling noise, the grout in the showers need too be cleaned up.

Breakfast was surprisingly decent. Real eggs, a waffle machine, breakfast sausages and the usual assortment of bread, bagels, cereals and yogurt.
The dining area is small and there's only one waffle machine and there was a family hogging it for the first 10 minutes we were there. Staff was great, everything was refilled and cleaned continuously.

Dining area very small. The rooms smelled musty, but once we ran the AC for a while, it cleared up. The TV was a tad small, maybe 26 inches, definitely not bigger than 32 inches.
