The bed was horribly uncomfortably. The fitted sheet didn’t fit the bed either.

The breakfast was a little wanting. 2nd day there was no juice - machine was broken. Some of the fruit had a freezer-like taste. The eggs seemed a bit rubbery (can't think of the right word - but seemed not freshly cooked). But all-in-all it did the job!

Breakfast was little more than decent, served with plastic implements and on paper plates. Bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean. Check in was easy.

See above about breakfast. The extras in the room were only soap, no little toothpaste, etc. No minibar, etc. The hotel is very close to a major highway, so big rigs were passing by all night.

The shower nozzle was broken and sprayed you in the face when turned on from outside the shower. The phone did not work. We could hear the front desk but they couldn’t hear us. Also, the toilet seat was broken. I’ve never been to a hotel where you can hear the people above us. There was stomping all night long.

Will never go to a Hampton Inn. Totally overpaid for the room. lesson learned

The breakfast was good. There was a variety of items. My husband and I always enjoy getting breakfast with the cost of the room. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly.
