Found huge spider bathroom my kid had to run middle of her shower because of the spider. I have a video how huge the spider was and now we thinking if there’s more and we terrified to sleep. Eventually we did sleep. But the smell of the room mildew was so strong. Wasn’t happy about it just wanted to sleep and leave ASAP!!. When I told the staff made it as it’s normal which it’s not. When I checked out the computers were down couldn’t get a receipt. Have gotten an email for 6.00 don’t know what’s that about. Don’t know if the $20.00 that they charge just incase we use the lobby snacks etc.

Been coming here to this location for years and we love it ! They do their best to have early check in available and 10/10 times it has been! The staff is warm and friendly on the phone and the moment the doors open your always greeted with executional
staff who are down to earth and do everything to make your stay amazing! Rooms are always clean , pool is a great bonus just all around always a great experience ! Already looking forward to our next stay !
