Negatives:
My son found a cockroach in our room and him and his sister took it to the front desk and they said they would have somebody look at it the next day which never happened. The room wasn’t as clean as the first time we stayed there. Just overall disappointing for as much money as I paid to stay there with my kids and not have them do anything about the cockroach and just blow it off. I have to say the experience this time was nothing like the 1st

This was a great place to stay for several days. The room is very large - a one bedroom apartment. It was well equipped and very quiet. Having a gym in the facility was great.

This is a really nice property. The atmosphere is very calm and peaceful depending on the time that you booked this hotel, it might be a little noisy here and there if the kids are on vacation but other than that, it’s still very demure. The hotels are clean. The pool is big enough size clean The Parkin situation is very big ample amount of space to park restaurant down the street from the parking lot in the same plaza area overall just really good. My only thing is I think it’s a little pricey for just three nights however it was definitely worth it. Hotel room very comfortable beds. I slept like a baby.

Found huge spider bathroom my kid had to run middle of her shower because of the spider. I have a video how huge the spider was and now we thinking if there’s more and we terrified to sleep. Eventually we did sleep. But the smell of the room mildew was so strong. Wasn’t happy about it just wanted to sleep and leave ASAP!!. When I told the staff made it as it’s normal which it’s not. When I checked out the computers were down couldn’t get a receipt. Have gotten an email for 6.00 don’t know what’s that about. Don’t know if the $20.00 that they charge just incase we use the lobby snacks etc.

The indoor pool was closed, they said we could use the pool at the hotel down the street. This was unacceptable as it was freezing temps outside and I had my 1 year old and 4 year old. Very disappointing for me and the children! No hot water to shower.
